Mindfulness & stress management

Led by an experienced and qualified instructor. Practical every day exercise breathing & meditation techniques,  mind and body approach to well being.

Regular use of mindfulness benefits: Helps lower blood pressure, anxiety, depression, physical pain and general wellbeing.

1 hour workshop – Brief introduction and helpful breathing practices.

3 hour introduction to mindfulness including: short introduction to the scientific evidence research and benefits followed by meditations breath, body, sound and movement. This will be a largely experiential mental workshop.
