All Prices are for Pamper Parties at your home or venue in an afternoon or evening. If you have any special requirements then please contact The Perfect Pamper and we will be happy to supply you with a customised quotation.
Last Minute Bookings
Late bookings can usually be accommodated. Our late booking payment policy requires for full payment upfront with an additional £2.00. This charge applies to bookings with less than 2 weeks notice of party date. We also request that your guests are flexible regarding the treatments they would like to receive.
Bank Holidays
We are happy to supply our services on Bank Holidays, depending on therapist availability. Guest numbers changes
If you would like to change your guest numbers we are happy to make small adjustments before your final payment. If the number of guests does change, so too may the number of therapists we are able to supply and this may affect the treatments available.
Treatments
We at Perfect Pamper endeavour to provide a wide variety of treatments. However on the rare occasion If you have chosen a package that only requires one therapist then choice of treatments may be limited to just beauty or massage treatments, however we will always endeavour to supply a therapist who offers the widest range of treatments possible. Information about treatments is provided as a guide only. Therapist/s provided by The Perfect Pamper work on a freelance basis. Therefore each Therapist/s may have different qualifications and individual ways of working. We cannot guarantee any requests not stated at the point of enquiry.
Any late starting of treatments will result in reduction of treatment time.
Breaks
The Therapist/s is entitled to pre-scheduled breaks during the course of the engagement. These may be taken as individual breaks or as an elongated break depending on arrangements with the Host.
Payment
- A 20% non refundable deposit required on date of booking.
- All evening bookings after 8.30, or events that run past 8.30pm will incur a £10 sur-charge per therapist working.
- For mobile pamper parties an extra £3 per hour for Brighton and London £4.00 per hour, per therapist will be added for city parking costs will be added to your invoice.
- Full payment minus deposit and treatment booking forms should be received by us four weeks before your event.
- Payment to be made by BACS payment (bank transfer) or cheque made payable to The Perfect Pamper – contact us for details.
- Treatment booking forms are to be emailed prior to events.
Cancellation policy
- Cancel 28 days before the event = 100% refund
- Cancel within 28 days before the event = 50% refund
- Cancel within 14 days before event = 25% refund
- Cancel within 48 hours of the event = 0% refund
- Please note that all deposits are non refundable
General
- All treatments can only be given to pregnant clients who are passed the 1st trimester of their pregnancy.
- If you or any member of your party is deemed under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances you will not be able to be treated and no refund will be given.
- Client must complete consultation form before any treatment is commenced. All known medical problems and ailments must be recorded. If any contraindications arise in consultation or during treatment, treatment will be stopped to ensure safety of client. No refund will be given. Please contact us if you would like full list of contraindications to why a treatment cannot be performed.
- The party organiser will ensure that guests arrive on time for their pre-scheduled Treatment/s. If changes are made your therapist will make every effort to accommodate this including lateness but in such an event The Perfect Pamper will have no liability for any loss of Treatment/s time. If any delays occur on the day caused by host or guest of more than 30 minutes. A charge of £10 per half hour will be enforced and monies to be paid directly to therapists via cash or cheque.
The Perfect Pamper shall not be liable to the organiser or guest/s for any loss, injury, damage, expense or delay suffered by the organiser or the guest/s. This exclusion shall extend (but not be limited) to the consequences of any act or omission (whether willful, negligent, reckless, dishonest or otherwise) which takes place during the Party on the part of the Freelance Therapist/s or the Host or the Guest/s. The organiser acknowledges that The Perfect Pamper charges are set on the basis that it has no such liability.
Spa bookings
- Up to 25 people per party.
- Our treatment rooms are not located directly in the Spa areas
- Swimwear and towels are not provided
- Please inform us 1 week prior to event of any dietary requirements.
- Sorry, but sauna, steam and Jacuzzi are not suitable for pregnant ladies.
- All treatments can only be given to pregnant clients who are passed the 1st trimester of their pregnancy.

- A locker for client’s belongings will be provided.
- High tea does not include alcoholic drinks.
