There are many factors that contribute to poor posture, which in turn cause pain and strain to the body. For example; Office workers can sit at their desk on average up to 7 hours per day, with little or no movement. Long distance drivers can sit behind a wheel, curved forward for hours. Both occupations can overstretch the back muscles and compress and constrict the frontal muscles. To say it’s important to get up, move and stretch would be the understatement of the year but many of us have no idea where to start.
Understanding the workings of our bodies muscles, joints, and flexibility is the first step to grasping the vital importance of posture.

We are here to show and demonstrate how you can change your posture yourself. It’s simple, you just need to do it and keep on doing it. It’s like brushing your teeth. You learnt how to do this, you continue to do this twice a day, every day. You do this because you know this routine is vital to the well being of your mouth.
To regularly stretch and strengthen your body will help maintain the health of your bodies posture. It’s as easy as brushing your teeth.
